With the vision of empowering academic leadership at the cluster level, DAVCAE, DAVCMC organised ‘SASHAKT’: A Two-Day National Conference for Cluster Heads in two groups on 18-19 September and 24-25 September 2026.  The objective of the conference was to equip Cluster Heads with the knowledge, perspectives and leadership competencies required to become effective catalysts of academic transformation. The conference succeeded in providing a platform for professional dialogue, collective reflection, exchange of best practices, innovation and collaborative problem-solving.
