A two-day Financial Literacy Fest under the banner of DAV United was organised at DAV Public School, Uppal's Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram on 25 and 26 August 2023. The purpose of this event was to disseminate financial awareness in alignment with Vedic teachings, catering not only to the youth but also to a diverse audience. It provided attendees with invaluable insights into effective financial management, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complexities of personal finances.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from schools nationwide, with around 200 students forming 40 teams that showcased their talents and insights through workshops and an inter-school competition. Topics covered included cash flow, return on capital, relative strength index, and many more. Students presented their research findings based on the assigned companies. This collective endeavour was not limited to the students alone; it extended its benefits to parents, teachers and an estimated total of 4,000 attendees.
