DAVCAE, DAVCMC organised three days offline Capacity Building Programmes for Master Trainers of EEDP at LKG and UKG Level in May 2023 with the objectives to learn systematic scaffolding for teachers at the foundation stage for their classroom teaching-learning, to implement metacognitive strategies for children to become self-regulating learners, to promote Higher Order Thinking Skills, to make best use of story based pedagogy, to understand a new paradigm for homework, to integrate experiential learning, to identify socio-emotional needs and to understand the need for a safe environment.
 

During these programmes, around 160 participants from all over India were trained with the latest techniques and pedagogies in Early Education. The participant Master Trainers were deputed with the responsibility of disseminating the takeaways of the workshop among the teachers of the cluster, ensuring the implementation of the new learning along with the follow up at school and cluster levels.
