DAVCAE, DAVCMC organised three-day Offline Capacity Building Programmes for Master Trainers of English at Primary Level in April 2023 with an objective to strengthening cognition in different subject areas with language support; embracing the trans-disciplinary approach in a language classroom; experimenting with story-telling approach for multilingualism and trans-disciplinary learning; fostering the four language skills – LSRW and achieving basic phonetic understanding for correct pronunciation in English.
 

During these programmes, around 120 participants from all over India were trained with the latest techniques and pedagogy of teaching English. The participant Master Trainers were deputed with the responsibility of disseminating the take-aways of the workshop among the teachers of the cluster without further delay; ensuring the implementation of the new learning and techniques in the classroom teaching-learning and doing regular follow up and monitoring of the same at school and cluster level.
