On 22 April 2023, Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Sabha and DAVCMC, Delhi organised the Samarpan Diwas to commemorate the auspicious birth anniversary of Mahatma Hansraj ji at DAV Centenary Public School, Jagjeetpur, Kankhal, Hardwar, Uttarakhand.
 

On this occasion, Padmashree Awardee Punam Suri ji, President Arya Pradeshik Sabha & DAVCMC, Delhi and Chancellor, DAV University, Jalandhar along with the eminent dignitaries and Directors of DAVCMC, Regional Directors and Principals of 948 DAV institutions, and other distinguished guests graced the glorious occasion.
 

The programme commenced with yagya, followed by melodious bhajans and DAV Gaan.  In his address, Sh Punam Suri highlighted the objective of DAV, which is to propagate Dayanand ji's ideals amongst the masses. He emphasised that education should not be influenced by religion and we all must imbibe the values in our lives which were adopted by the divine soul at the time of the inception of the DAV Movement.
 

During the event, the new issue of Arya Jagat and Aryan Heritage were released. Sh Punam Suri felicitated arya sanyasis, vedic scholars, deserving candidates, heads of DAV institutions and alumni for their remarkable contribution in the field of social development and education.
 

The main attraction of the programme was the Dance Ballet on Mahatma Hansraj ji, in which 1000 students showcased his  life-struggle, social services, patriotism and how he devoted his life to make Swami Dayanand ji's dreams come true. The beautiful fireworks spellbound everyone. The programme concluded with chanting of Shanti Path.
