A spacious and well-equipped DAV Centre was inaugurated amidst a galaxy of guests at Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi on 24 December 2022. The mega event was initiated with the ceremonial hawan conducted at the pious and pristine yagyashala of the DAV Centre by the Chief Guest Padma Shree Punam Suri, President, DAVCMC; Shri Ajay Suri, General Secretary, DAVCMC and Mr. D. V. Sethi Honorary Treasurer, DAVCMC. The other distinguished dignitaries who graced the occasion were the Directors of DAVCMC and  Principals of DAV Public Schools of Delhi-NCR region.

After taking the blessings of the Almighty, President Sir inaugurated the DAV Centre with the auspicious ribbon cutting ceremony. The essence of this DAV Centre is to unify and glorify the camaraderie of the DAV fraternity. The centre aims to facilitate progressive congregations of students, alumni, faculties and society at large to learn and grow together. It will also be an excellent platform for organising seminars and workshops to give education a new direction.
